Welcome to Xyphla Solutions. By accessing our website and utilizing our software engineering, digital products, and design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Provision & Custom Development

For custom software development (Web Apps, POS systems, Management Portals), Xyphla Solutions will provide a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the scope, deliverables, and timeline. Work commences only upon the receipt of the agreed-upon initial deposit. Any feature requests outside the original SOW will be subject to additional billing.

2. Digital Assets & Licensing

When you purchase a digital product from the Xyphla Store (e.g., templates, scripts, or source code):

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item for your own personal or business purposes.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or distribute the raw source code or templates as standalone products.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a custom contract, Xyphla Solutions retains the right to reuse backend architectural code and libraries developed during a project. The client owns the final compiled product, the specific visual identity, and all client-provided data.

4. Limitation of Liability

Xyphla Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profit, arising out of the use or inability to use our software, templates, or services. We ensure rigorous testing, but all software is provided "as is".

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
